This time, a scholarship from the "Trao cơ hội, nối ước mơ" program has been awarded to the impoverished student, Le Hoang Thi Tuyet Nhi, an student from Class 8/5 at Thanh My Middle School, Don Duong, Lam Dong.

In Class 8/5, Le Hoang Thi Tuyet Nhi has consistently been praised as an excellent student for many years. She is diligent, actively participates in youth activities, and wholeheartedly helps many weaker students in the class. Therefore, Nhi is always an inspirational role model for numerous students in the school.

Despite her academic achievements, at times, Nhi still feels insecure compared to her peers. Especially when school ends, and her classmates eagerly await their parents at the gate, while Nhi quietly rides her old, worn-out bicycle home.

"Nhi's mother is a single parent, raising two children for education and taking care of an elderly mother. Recently, her mother had an accident and is hospitalized, meaning she, who used to be the main breadwinner, is now bedridden," shared Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa, the Principal of Thanh My Middle School.

"At times, I also wonder why my dad left me. Without a father, life for my parents and me is always more challenging. Without a man in the family, my mom has to handle all the significant tasks. I really feel sorry for my mom," Nhi shared in a choked voice.

Nhi's mother recently had a car accident, so she hasn't been able to work for several months. Although previously, she worked hard in a tile company, earning only 3 million VND per month, which is not much. In the government-supported house where they live, there are four women – an elderly mother, two young children, and a working mother who recently broke her leg. The family's life seemed almost impossible to recover.

However, Nhi is an understanding child; she always actively helps her mother with all the household chores and never asks for anything because she knows her mother has struggled too much. Therefore, she always strives in her studies, exchanging good grades and certificates for her mother's smile.

The commendation certificates are always carefully preserved by Nhi's mother.

Wiping away tears due to her disadvantaged circumstances, young Le Hoang Thi Tuyet Nhi nurtures the dream of becoming a fashion designer to build a complete home and become a strong emotional support for her entire family.

Thanks to her determination and resilience to overcome adversity, Le Hoang Thi Tuyet Nhi has received a meaningful scholarship from Vietlott representatives. It is hoped that with these "granting opportunities," she will "connect dreams," gaining additional motivation to turn her dreams into reality and become a useful citizen of society.
