Mrs. Thiet (born in 1966, living in hamlet 8, Xuan Hong commune) suffers from mental illness, lives with her sister, Mrs. Than Thi Thuyet (Born in 1972), also suffers from mental illness in an old house that has been severely degraded. The two sisters live on Mrs. Thiet's allowance of 405,000 VND/month.

"Their situation is difficult, they cannot help themselves. The Women's Union often visits to encourage. With the efforts of the association, it is not possible to support them to build a new house, but I hope the society can help build a house for them," shared Ms. Phan Thi Hong Minh, chairwoman of the Women's Union of Nghi Xuan district.

And understanding the difficulties of Thiet sisters, many organizations and individuals have supported her family to build a new house with a total amount of 115 million VND. In which, Vietlott supported 75 million VND, the Women's Union of Nghi Xuan district contributed 15 million VND, the rest was contributed by family members.

The house was started 2 months ago and is now completed and handed over to Mrs. Thiet.
