Born into a poor family with extremely difficult circumstances in Tra Leng Commune, Nam Tra My District, Quang Nam Province, Dinh Thi Tuyet Ngan seems to be more mature than her peers. Every day, Ngan often helps her father prepare lunch for the whole family - a meal with spinach that Ngan's mother brought back from the field the day before. Ngan's biological father left when she was very young. She live with my stepfather, her stepfather has back pain, chronic colitis, so he just hangs around the house, doing a few chores like cooking and taking care of the children. Weak health, unable to do heavy work, so no one would hire him. “Heavy jobs can't be done, and easy jobs are rarely hired. I can't do hill work because I have back, stomach, and colon pain, so I just go and ask for medicine," said Mr. Dinh Van Bong, Ngan's stepfather.

Looking around Ngan's house, there were no valuable items but a few sacks of rice from the previous crop. The wooden wall in the house is the wall and also the lesson board of Ngan sisters. Without a study table, the kitchen is a place to eat and also a place to study. But above all, for 7 consecutive years, Ngan has always won the title of Excellent Student at school and district level. She is the pride of the whole family. Ngan's dream is to be an English teacher to teach children in the village. In class, Ngan took on the role of Class Vice President of Fine Arts. She was commented by the teacher as a good student, very hard working, no matter how rainy or windy the weather is, she often goes to class hard. Although life is difficult, Ngan is a very kind girl who always helps friends in difficulty. Being a good student, Tuyet Ngan often took many remarkable achievements in study. Knowing the circumstances as well as her efforts in learning, the school also prioritized, facilitated and cared, visited, as well as gave encouragement gifts to Ngan.

In addition to the noble dream of growing up to be an English teacher to impart knowledge to children in the village, Ngan is also an affectionate and loving child. “I consider my parents is my everything. Parents are always the ones who protect their children, taking care of them from night to day when they are sick. I want to study well in the future so as not to disappoint my parents" - Ngan cried while sharing with the program.
