On December 3, 2021, Vietlott donated an amount of VND 01 billion to the Hoa Binh province to support the construction of the Dai Doan Ket Houses in the locality. Participating in the program was the witness of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Mr. Bui Duc Hinh.

During 5 years of doing business in the market, Vietlott together with its partners have implemented many meaningful social security activities in the provinces and cities with a total contribution value of up to 65 billion VND, focusing on activities such as: building schools and houses for the poor , accompanying the community to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic; in which priority is given to support the poor and disadvantaged households in remote, mountainous and island areas.

Although it is a mountainous province with a high rate of poor and near-poor households, over the years, Hoa Binh province has made constant efforts and innovations in many aspects to gradually implement the local poverty reduction policy.
