Dien Bien – On November 4, 2021, Vietlott and local authorities attended the inauguration ceremony of Nam Pan 2 School Site, Huoi Lech Commune, Muong Nhe District, Dien Bien Province. This is Vietlott's third school building project to help highland students. The new and spacious school site will help the children here less difficult on their way to writing.

Nam Pan 2 village is a few kilometers from the center of Huoi Lech commune, but the mountainous terrain makes the road to school very difficult for the students in the village, even if they drive, they have to take for hours with steep slopes. Therefore, the Nam Pan 2 school site was established in the village, with two levels of preschool and primary school.

Nam Pan 2 School is a part of Huoi Lech Primary School, Huoi Lech Primary School, Huoi Lech Commune, Muong Nhe District. The school site is a corrugated iron house located on the top hill of the village with only 2 classrooms. The school's students are mostly from the Hmong, Thai, Hoa, and Dao ethnic groups. Each ethnic group has many customs, habits, living habits, and communication languages ​​in different dialects. The economic conditions of the people in the village are still poor, and the village does not have electricity to the national grid. Classroom facilities are also temporary classrooms of paintings, bamboo, and corrugated iron made by teachers and students' parents, which have been damaged after many years of use.

In order to help the children have better learning conditions, the Vietlott has supported to build a new, more spacious and solid school. The new school site was sponsored by Vietlott to build with a value of 1.5 billion VND, designed in the shape of a bird's wing with a red roof, expressing the desire to spread wings and cherish a brighter future for children in the highlands. No need to go far, now, the teachers and students of Nam Pan 2 village can happily study and teach with new and more modern facilities.

The inside of the new classroom has now been built more spaciously.

Specifically, the new school site includes: 1 primary room, 1 preschool room, 1 dining room and kitchen for students, 1 nursery room, 1 medical room, 1 teacher room and 2 toilet. The rooms are fully equipped with equipment and facilities to best serve the learning and living of students at the school. Along with the inauguration ceremony of the new school site, Baoviet Dien Bien Company presented learning equipment to the students of Nam Pan 2 School.
